Winter is coming... And so are dry, chapped and dark lips.

Winter is my favourite season. . . . there's no pleasure in the world like curling up under the blankets and have a real good sleep. But this season also brings one thing that I dread the most. . . . dry, dark and chapped lips . So in this article I will be sharing a few natural remedies to make your lips all pink and supple.

1) One of the most effective remedy is sugar exfoliation . You can mix sugar with honey to add moisture. Also olive or coconut oil with few drops of lemon juice can be used to remove all the dead cells and rejuvenate the lips.

2) For a very quick and easy way to moisturise the lips is to apply a coat of honey , leave it for few minutes then wash it off. . . . Or simply lick it off:) . Honey instantly moisturises the lips and vanishes the cracked look .

3) Banana pulp mixed with a dew drops oil olive is a great remedy to lighten the lips.

4) Another way to exfoliate is ny using soft toothbrushes . Before going to sleep, daily lightly exfoliate the lips with petroleum jelly and please don't be too harsh as that will hurt . Then wash it off and apply olive oil like a lip balm.

5) Heavy milk cream is quite effective to bring the moisture back to your lips.

I hope you all will find these remedies useful and enjoy the winter at its fullest without worrying about your precious lips.  Do comment and tell me how these worked out for you.
